Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Clothing, shoes, tote bags, pillow and custom printed goods are protected by our customer satisfaction guarantee.
If the product itself or the printing is defective, or if the final product is materially different than your purchase, our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. And TheGiftHub.co will cover all the expenses involved. Some countries qualify for local returns.
Products that are not defective and do not meet the criteria listed above will not be considered for a FREE return, customer needs to return the product to our main warehouse in order to process the refund.

Please use the size chart provided on our product page or main menu to pick the correct size and fit for your purchase. We recommends to measure from your heel to your toe when accurately deciding on your shoe size.
In the event that you are unhappy with the size of your shoe, or for some reason does not fit right, we can process a FREE exchange for you. Depending of the country, shipping could be so high that we think is no fair with the customer therefore we may ask you to keep your old shoe and donate to a good cause or a friend in need. We love to give back.
Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for FREE exchange.
Free size exchanges will only be allowed once per order.
We provide confirmation receipts in every order; please make sure that you have selected your right size to avoid any mistakes. If you have spotted a error and you wish to change the size, please let us know ASAP within the 24 hours of your order and we will be happy to fix this for you, any other request outside the 24 hours after you place your order will be considered final and WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE to provide FREE exchanges or FREE returns.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There are NO returns available for free products and there is not refund on shipping charges.
If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a email ASAP to email@example.com , with your order number and letting us know that you wish to cancel. All cancellation must be within the 24 HOURS period for a full refund, any order cancellation outside this timeframe will incur in extra charges, re-stocking fee charges / shipping charges and handling charges.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a confirmation email with the instruction where to send your items. Please contact US prior to advise the best method for returning goods.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
